How to buy?

You create an account, click on order button, then enter the data required for payment. All this before the time shown on each offer expires.

I made an order. How long until I will receive the vouchers?

Vouchers are sent through email within 5 minutes after the booking process.

When can I use the voucher I received?

You can use your voucher until the date mentioned in each offer (Voucher valid until: )

Do I need an ID when I go to the shop?

No, because each voucher has a unique code which is known by the store. Identification will be made by that code. The advantage is that you can gift your voucher to a friend if you like.

Can the bookings made through Zumzi be cancelled?

You are able to cancel a booking for a purchased service only 6 hours before the booking date, if not specified otherwise by the service provider.

Can I use the voucher with another name or can I give the voucher bought?

Zumzi vouchers are not nominal. Therefore, you can use/give any voucher bought by you or by somebody else.

When is my booking confirmed?

Our partners will receive and check your booking request. Once it's approved you will receive a notification in your website account, on your email and on your mobile app, if you have it installed.
